Funny how I wanted to give you the world,
but in the midst, I kept trying to convince you that I deserved the world too.

I stayed you ran, but it’s not your fault. (It’s never your fault)
I knew you would run. (I’ve seen it before)
I’m done convincing of anyone to stay.
it’s stupid, if it was right, you would’ve.

I guess I’m mad at myself for being wrong,
Mad at myself for opening up something that was far more special to me.
now I might not be able to allow anyone in for awhile. & that’s ok bc In due time
I would be able to.
my family can learn to love another person just as I can.
